Terms of Service

I. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“you”) and Dania Property (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), concerning your access to and use of our corporate website and services. Dania Property is a licensed real estate and property management firm established in 1989. All services, including but not limited to Leasing, Property Management, Facility Maintenance, and Real Estate Consultancy, are provided in accordance with the regulations of the Dubai Land Department (DLD) and RERA.

Unless otherwise indicated, the website and its entire contents (source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics) are owned or controlled by Dania Property and are protected by copyright and trademark laws of the United Arab Emirates and international conventions.

IV. User Representations

These terms and your use of our services are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates applicable to agreements made and to be entirely performed within the UAE.
